Customize My Item
Great News Everyone! "It's A Natural Thing!" is willing to customize certain items for customers with allergies from herbs used in our products. We understand that some customers may be allergic to certain herbs and we're here to make the items you purchase awesome. No additional fees required. Customers only pay amount of the original item. Simply request and complete a Customize My Item form and directions will be given to you upon submission.
At It's A Natural Thing! we care about our customers sensitivity towards some herbs we use. Please remember to read our herbal /supplements list on the home page.
Recycle And Earn
Each customer has the option to recycle and earn store credit. Each credit earned can later be used to purchase any product sold on It's A Natural Thing's online store. All empty glass or plastic sold by It's A Natural Thing! is eligible for recycling. Each plastic item is worth $.50 cents and each glass item is worth $1.00 dollar. Simply request and complete a Recycle & Earn form and directions will be given to you upon submission. You're a valued customer at It's A Natural Thing! and we're firm believers of "GO GREEN" and giving back to our customers. For more credit it's ideal to send more than one empty glass or plastic items at a time.
When logging in or becoming a member each request made will later be saved to your account for future purchases.
Recycling Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to ensure our customers safety and to inform them that It's A Natural Thang! reaches out to professional recycling companies to prepare each plastic/glass container, jar, or bottle for the recycling process . At It's A Natural Thang ! third party companies often get involved to make sure everything is completely sterilized and ready for recycling.
